The leather pieces were already cut cleanly, which saved me a lot of time on my first pouch. I do wish the instructions had a diagram for attaching the zipper pull, but the hardware all fit together nicely.

The brass zipper glides smoothly and the tan leather has a nice weight to it. Only issue is the lining fabric was a bit short for my cut, so I had to trim carefully. Happy with how the pouch turned out overall.
