I've made three totes before but never one that converts like this. Pulling the strap to switch from backpack to tote actually works, and the zipper feels sturdy enough for daily use. Took me a weekend to sew but the leather straps made it look way more expensive than the kit cost.

The leather straps are surprisingly sturdy, and the zipper closure feels high quality. I had fun putting it together and love how easily it transforms into a tote.
