I've made a few tote kits before and this one actually includes real leather pieces instead of the fake stuff, which made a huge difference. The cross-body strap sits nicely and the hardware feels sturdy enough for everyday use. Took me a weekend to finish but I've barely taken it off since.

Cutting out the large-format paper template was honestly the easiest part, and the hardware snaps in without any fuss. Only gripe is the leather pieces came a bit stiff, so I had to work them with my hands before sewing. Wore the finished tote to the farmers market and got three compliments.
