Just swapped in this blade and it sliced through a stack of 8 cotton layers like they were butter. The Japanese steel is noticeably sharper than my old generic blades.

I’ve been using this 45mm blade for a few weeks now and it’s still slicing through multiple layers of cotton like it’s brand new. The tungsten steel edge definitely holds up way better than the cheaper blades I used to buy.

This tungsten blade sliced through six layers of denim like butter on the first pass. I’ve been cutting quilting cotton for two hours now and it still feels factory-fresh, not a single snag.
